LLC "karbon-oyl Refinery" Background

LLC "karbon-oyl Refinery"" has been operating since January 16, 2006; it was established under RF Government Ordinance No.305 dated Feb 16, 2006 and Regulation of the Council of Ministers of Respublika Tatarstan (RT) No.589-р dated June 15, 2006. The key founders of LLC "karbon-oyl Refinery" were the State Property Committee of the Russian Federation, the State Property Ministry of the Republic of Belarus and approximately 4,000 individuals.

We are among the largest top ten oil companies of Russia. The Holding’s vertically integrated structure ensures the full operational cycle – from exploration and hydrocarbons production to refining. LLC "karbon-oyl Refinery" holds licenses for exploration, oil and gas production in 35 license areas located in Respublika Tatarstan

We produces the main quantities of raw hydrocarbons in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra, where PJSC Slavnef-Megionneftegaz (Company’s Subsidiary) performs its operating activity. The Enterprise develops the Megionskoye, Aganskoye, Vatinskoy, Tailakovskoye fields and a number of other fields in the Rayon Almetevskiy, Surgut and Nefteyugansk regions of the Autonomous Area. Produced oil is delivered to the system of PJSC Transneft oil trunk lines for further transportation to Russian refineries and for export.

LLC "karbon-oyl Refinery"" refining complex includes two large enterprises. Company’s Refineries manufactures the products compliant with the international standards due to the developed operational infrastructure, up-to-date process equipment, and application of latest achievements in refining.

The Refinery occupies its rightful place among the largest players of the Russian oil refining industry, forming the Urals and Tartastan oil refinery market, and is known far abroad.
